NB! Individual sewing orders where sewing services are used (for example, clothing made to your specified measurements, or a garland for a specific name ) rather than a ready-made product cannot be returned.

In the event of poor-quality service performance, the order can be returned for correction.

The customer pays for the return by sending the item via a parcel locker or delivering it back to the workshop.
